It is fully in Chinese, I think I might get selected because I am Chinese. My skill set doesn’t exactly matches their need. I got CPU experience, but they need codec experience

At least two rounds of technical interviews. The first round was based on the projects in my CV, which was easy. The interviewer introduced their ASIC team to me firstly in the second interview, and only asked two or three difficult questions.
