Burberry HR is very efficient within this aspect, if you are successful you should hear from them in either a phone call/email from either the Manager/Supervisor/similar asking for a quick few questions about yourself over the phone - e.g. why did you apply, what is your current position etc. If you pass, you will be invited for a 1:1 interview at the location. The interview lasts approximately 30 mins, starting with basics such as talking about yourself, then moving towards a competency interview. Interviewer had a 4-page print out of questions and space to fill in what was said during interview. Lastly, they finished with some questions about your expected salary and benefits.
