J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Burberry (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2016
Entretien
Applied online. About a week later, a brief informal telephone interview from the store manager. An interview was arranged. Firstly, the store manager asked me to do a SWOT analysis about the store which was a good exercise to start. The interview questions were expected. She put a lot of emphasis on how Burberry use technology and innovation etc. The funny part is the salary. I was asked about my expectation and the figure was higher than what she said the company was willing to offer. She only said it was below 20K but cannot be specific or go into detail with the exact figure. Is that a chase to the bottom game? So whoever offers the least is more likely to get the job? By that stage, I knew the job wasn't for me and I would reject the offer or be rejected. I hope Burberry could be more open, honest and transparent with their salary. Few days later, I got an email saying that I wasn't successful. I emailed them requesting feedback which they never replied!

The process was quite clear and easy to follow, first a phone call followed by face to face meeting in store. Everyone was quite welcoming and made sure I was relaxed for the interview.

Had a phone call and video interview the was asked to attend a group interview. When I turned up it was empty and it turned out the HR rep cancelled and didn’t let me know, then when I emailed to ask what was happening she said she’d mistyped my email. She asked me to reschedule which I did, and she said she’d confirm the date and time the same week. I never heard back from her.

Pretty easy going. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it wasn't a "scary" process at all. Nothing came as a surprise and they asked very role/industry-focused questions. It wasn't drawn out either which I appreciated.
