The process was smooth. I received a call one week after applying and completed the first round of interviews. During the interview, we discussed the projects I worked on, but they seemed to focus on skills that I hadn't mentioned on my resume and weren't listed in the job description.

first is a phone interview and then I went to their office for a face-to-face talk. The process was relax, interviewers were nice. But the Ridiculous and Disappointed thing is I didn't get any feedback after the interview. I sent the email twice to ask the feedback, but no response. Right now, I wait for almost two month! I think they are not professional at all! It is just waste my time and hurt my heart!
