There was an IQ type of test, phone call by a recruiting manager, a call with a hiring manger. Followed by in person interviews with 4 people on the team and a repeat of the IQ test.

There were 2 phone screenings. The first I actually had to reschedule since they never called since they fired a hiring person and no on took over. following by an IQ type test, then you are brought in for 4 face to face interviews and a 2nd IQ test
