Required to do a “Buy Test” to see if you would buy or pass to get an idea of your ability to spot quality and trend. They ask you to pull multiple pieces in the store that you think are representing current trends. And then you discuss your experience and availability.

Very friendly staff, interview was somewhat unique in that the majority consisted of selecting several pieces and justifying why they would sell fast or not. There were a few traditional questions, mostly centered around customer service.

One part of the interview was having me select three items from the store that I thought would sell soon, and three items that I didn’t think would sell. The interviewer then had me explain my reasoning for selecting the items.

Entretien
The interview was very straightforward. I was asked about previous retail experience, in addition to my experience with relevant topics. As Buffalo Exchange centers around clothing, my fashion knowledge was also asked about. Overall, the interview was quite casual and comfortable.
