I first interviewed with a Brooksource recruiter when they came to my campus at Ohio State. I immediately could tell that I would fit in with this company because of how well I got along with the recruiter right off the bat. He was extremely personable and seemed very interested in getting to know the "real" me instead of simply going over my resume. After my initial interview, I received an invitation to come to a 2nd round of interviews at the actual company location. After a few rounds of interviews, it was clear to me that company culture was of the utmost importance to Brooksource. It was very important for them to select the most qualified candidate for the position, however, they also wanted to make sure that whoever they hired would be a good fit for their specific company culture. All of my interactions with the employees at Brooksource were very positive as everyone was extremely helpful in listening to and answering any questions that I had about the company. I was interviewed by the manager of the company, as well as a few sales people so I was able to get a strong feel for how the company truly operated.
