Initial phone screening with the recruiter followed by a Zoom interview with an HRBP. The next step was in office with the Director, and another Zoom with the current HR Generalist team. The next, and supposedly final step would have been another Zoom with the HRBP's that I'd be supporting. Everyone was great, easy to talk to and the communication was excellent initially. The timeline from applying to completing the interviews I did was just one week, and was told I'd be hearing back within the day to set up the final interview. However, all of the amazing communication ENDED and I was ghosted for almost two weeks even though I reached out to both the recruiter and director. I noticed the req had been removed from their career page and my application status said "in review" instead of "interviewing" like it had been. I reached out again and finally got a response that the position had been filled. Still to this day, my application status indicates it's in review instead of not selected for the role.
