The interview process was long and confusing at points. I was contacted by 4 people after turning in my application online. Every interviewer asked the exact same questions in the exact same way. They all seemed to focus on the same experience that has nothing to do with my role I applied for or what the role actually requires. The difference is coming from a regional supervisory-type role, to a call center order taker.
