There was a very long phone interview, about 45 minutes, and an interview in their office for about an hour. I do not know what this company is looking for, as you can see from the interview reviews here, a lot of qualified people have been rejected for this "entry-level" position. I don't think they will ever find what they are looking for as this position is always being relisted.

How much of each type of jewelry piece should we stock?
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

Entretien
They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.
