I applied through my university and received a first round interview. Before the interview, I was asked to fill out a personality test and prepare a question to be discussed in the interview. The interview itself was like a stylized debate among 4-5 interviewees, guided by two BW employees. I received a second-round interview, but declined because I was a little put off by the culture of the firm.

First round with HR. Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
