overall great company. Recruiting dept. was weak, not making a great experience for me as a candidate.
Felt more like a low level staffing Agency than a top notch recruiting dept. Seemed to be a lack of Recruiting Manager, group not very engaged.

Got an campus interview from a career fair. They called a couple hours after the career fair and interviewed the next day. Had to do a software hierarchy diagram with a partner then a one on one behavioral interview

Met Boston Sci. at a conference had an interview set up on the spot, the recruiters are very friendly and amazing to work with. They focused on soft skill questions and reviewed my resume.
