J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez BorgWarner (Auburn Hills, MI) en déc. 2014
Entretien
First phone interview, then in person. The interview was more about how the network manager was impressed with himself despite not being a very impressive person. He was dressed sloppy and did not really know networks. I suspect he wasn't very business savvy either but more of a politician than anything. I got the impression that he likes to farm everything out to contractors and then beat them up to get credits for services they may or may not have screwed up.

Question 1
The "Network Manager" didn't seem to really know about networks as if he's been flying by the seem of his pants. Questions were very weird and left me with the feeling that he would ride the coat tails of his employees in order to get ahead.
