In person interview was both for personal fit and technical expertise. All done within 1 hour and the decision turnaround was very quick.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
