Phone interview with the sales manager. Pretty hard to understand him over the phone since he had a thick accent. Made it past the phone screen and was brought in for an in person interview. Typical sales interview, ie "sell me this pencil". After that I was told I would need to interview with the CEO before being offered a position. This interview was actually a great conversation and after I was offered the position via email.
