The manager eased me in the beginning by taking about company's working style and they were pretty friendly. Asked me questions about my experience so far and told me about the environment
A very informal interview, mainly to check behaviour and personality, to see if you will be a fit in the team. Common questions like what is your work style, do you use schedules etc.
