I had two interviews with the company. Before I explain it in details, I would like to say that their process overall is not bad but they are disrespectful. In the sense that they did not even bother answering my email after I reach the final stage (after many hours of tests and interviews). HR representatives should definitely contact candidates that reach that level even if they decide not to send an offer. A short and informative email would be more than enough.
Here is the interview process I had: Before the first interview they sent tests for translating English (source language) texts into my native language. After that I got an email to set up the first interview, which was a Skype interview with an HR specialist, approximately 45 minutes long. A few days later, I got an email saying that I passed the interview and the test. We set a long interview/test with a panel, including head of localization team, a current localization specialist for that language and another localization specialist. For an hour me and the team leader had gone over my submitted resume and my past work experiences. We had a few technical issues with their connection on their platform. After that, we started the exam with all members of the panel. During the exam, they asked me to translate a document while sharing my screen with them and told me tell them what processes I am using to do research and all. One of them was extremely cold and almost accusing on questioning why I chose a certain translation of a word over another, which is fine but the way he handled it was quite weird and unprofessional. It took over 3 hours to complete the interview, at the end of which they told me I would hear from them- positive or negative- very soon. I waited over a week and heard nothing. I contacted the HR person inquiring, heard nothing again. Another time 10 days later, no answer. Not offering a position is absolutely fine but not writing back to a candidate who made it to the final round and spent over 4 hours just for interviews and some more for tests is very disrespectful.
