So far I have had 2 interviews. Each interview was one day apart. I applied online via Indeed for a Store Manager position and was contacted to come in the next day. I didn't see the message until the next day but the district manager was extremely flexible with me. I met with her a few hours later and we discussed back and forth about my experience. We also talked about blue mercury and all that the company has to offer which lasted about an hour. All in all, that interview was successful. I had a second interview which was an interactive interview where I did a full face of makeup on the district manager. I believe I did well and we discussed throughout the whole process each step that I was doing. I feel pretty confident. I am told I will be contacted within the next few days so that is what I am waiting on.
