The only question I was asked was if I could apply makeup. No questions regarding my experience, or anything off my resume, just if I could apply makeup. I understand there’s makeup involved with their retail sales, but that’s not the only thing they sell. She then offered me an hourly position for a sales associate, not the position I applied for, which was Store Manager. What an insult downgrading my experience and what I could offer the company. What a waste of time. Don’t even bother.

I had my initial phone screen with HR which kicked off on time. HR told me that my next interview would be in person a week later, I had to follow up via email to see if the interview was going to happen. When I got my interview day in the store I was told I'd receive communication in a week for a final decision, but I had to follow up for an update. I ended up having a 3rd interview that was pretty quick and was told I'd receive a final update within a week but never received a response.

A phone call going over hours, duties salary/ commission structure. The normal questions, the interview overall was not difficult but the pay structure and reviews of the company are not favorable.

Recruiter emailed me and asked to speak on the phone. I was told to think it over and speak with my family to see if it made sense with our current situation.
