Fantastic interviewers. Great short and sweet process. Had a 30 min call w a recruiter at blink followed by a 45 min portfolio review for a contract with one of their clients. Got a verbal offer the next day. Generally they require a portfolio review with a Blink UX director but occasionally send you straight to the client for interview.
