This company is easier to get into than a community college. Red flag #1: I flew to Dallas from Albuquerque for this interview. Knowing this, the company still did not bother answering my questions about their office location. Red flag #2: They also did not inform me about the interviewing process. At all. At the interview they revealed to me as part of the interview I had to go to a local Sams Club to check out one of their events an hour immediately following the interview. If I went, I would have risked missing my flight back to Albuquerque and had to pay a ton of money Ubering to the Sams Club which was miles away from the airport I was scheduled at. This could have been completely avoided by a simple phone call or email. Which they didn't bother doing. Despite not making the Sams Club event and having an overall poor interview, they still offered me a job. When I declined, the man offering the position to me completely changed his tone and was rude to me over the phone. If you want to work a poorly run company while making minimal money at an entry level sales position at Sam's Club – Black Card Management is a great fit for you.
