Interview process was smooth and seamless. I spoke with Ryan and he was a VERY personable guy. He explained the role in great detail and outlined the expectations from the company. Invited me to take the online assessment, after which he followed up within a day. Called me in to interview with the manager and sat with a rep for an hour or so to see if this would be a good fit. Final interview with Sales director went smooth and had an offer within a couple days. Overall, very positive experience. Ryan kept me in the loop the whole time and informed me of next steps which all fell into place as stated. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional - I had time scheduled (who reached out to me first) with a recruiter who just did not call me at the scheduled time. I sent a message understanding that something may have come up and a time to reschedule. Didn't even bother to respond to that either. People prep for these meeting and take time to do research so it feels like there is just no regard to people's time and energy.
Screening call with recruiter, then call with hiring manager. Laid back people and an emphasis on culture. The last step was to do a panel interview with leadership, but it wasn’t a good fit for me at the time

Entretien
I applied online for the Upmarket Account Executive role and received an invitation to a first screening interview. First, the recruiter missed the interview and I had to contact him to see if he was still willing to have this conversation. So, we planned another first call.
He mentioned he was going to give me some feedback a few days later but I never heard back.
Thus, I emailed this person directly to know if there was any feedback but my email was completely ignored. What a lack of professionalism, take people's time they will never get back only to ghost them!!
