The most disrespectful recruitment process I ever experience. They ask 6h30 of unpaid work before talking to a human. The process steps are not clear upfront, so here it is: 1. 1h30 of leet code online 2. 5h of take home assignement 3. First human interview - Technical interview for home assignement restitution 4. Second technical interview in a "Whiteboard" manner with wider technical team. At this point you will never talk once to HR or recruitment team, never discuss salary nor working environnement. After this last round, I have to send 2 separate email over 2 weeks to get a final decision, by email, from a HR/recruiter that you never spoke to in person, only by email, since the beginning.
