Foram 3 entrevistas, com Lider de Equipe e duas com RH. Passam alguns conteudos sobre cripto e fazem algumas perguntas, com o RH tem que negociar o salario e quando chegar proposta tem que repetir o valor da negociacao se nao eles nao continuam com o valor da contra proposta

Entretien
The first round is CV screening and if your working experience is aligned with this position then can proceed the second round.
The second round and third round which Binance Talent Acquisition team will contact you and provide you assessments (Google form and Buplas test assessment).
The TA of Binance is really professional & kind understanding and enthusiastic to help you during the process.
If you can pass the round 2&3 then HR will have a short 30-minutes interview with you online for collecting further details as well as your salary expectations. If you are qualified and align with the positions (your working experiences) then you can be proceeded with the final interview with team leader.
Overall that although I have been rejected since the round of HR, my experience with Binance's Talent Acquisition team is good. If I have chance, I will keep apply for the position.

What is your expected salary?
They were supposed to send preparations documents for the third interview but forgot to do so, even after a followup. The interviewer was surprised that nothing was sent and just asked generic questions that were already asked to me. They then refused to continue forward after their mistake.
