I applied online. They called me the next day and scheduled and interview. They gave me the name of the interviewer and the time. After the interview they told me they would call me in two days. They actually called me for a second interview in one week.

First, you meet with the store's ESR; then, you meet with the department manager. They ask a range of questions about food experience and customer service. Even if you don't have any experience in those areas, you can apply other experience to those situations.
