AVOID BIDFX Had an awesome interview that I think both me and the interviewer really enjoyed. All went well. He mentioned that they're actually recruiting for two roles and I'd have to choose between them - One was a Software Developer, and the other a Technician which would involve things such as DevOps. DevOps peaked an interest in me and so I phrased a bit that I was leaning a bit more towards that but wasn't totally sure since there were a lot of other things along with DevOps. So after this interview my recruiter quickly gets feedback that apparently they were "very impressed" and "would love to arrange a final stage interview". But then shortly after that I get another email saying that they have "a few concerns with regards to your application". So turns out they completely removed that Technician role and now don't want to interview me/progress my application since I also like DevOps and Automation.... Really not happy with BidFX after this. Don't tell me I'm gonna have to choose between two roles and then remove me from the runnings just because I'm interested by both roles!!! AVOID

A couple of rounds, phone and zoom. Pleasant people and seem like a nice company. Pretty flexible XP engineering culture is what I gathers. Definitely a place I’d consider working.
