The company will invite you through email to set up drug screens and a telephone interview. Afterwards you go to an in person interview. The process could take a month to a year in some cases I have witnessed.

I just finished the higher in process. I start next monday and i'm unsure because of all of the reviews that I read so far. But it seems like every other job; has its ups and downs.
