Entretien
To say the interview process was painful is an understatement. They were eager to get me in for an interview in the first place then waited over 6 weeks until they came back to me with any form of feedback. Initially dealt with HR however they failed to reply to my emails. Only when I contacted the hiring manager directly did HR start to reply to my emails which came across in a rude tone as if I'd have the audacity of contacting the Hiring manager after a month of waiting on feedback.
All this and I travelled down from Manchester for the day to see them. The least they could do would be to provide some form of meaningful feedback after the interview.

Question 1
Was supposed to be a 2 part interview over 2 hours. First hour questions relating to experience and structure of current team with hiring manager and 2nd hour with HR team member which wasn't explained beforehand which I had to cut short as had another interview planned that day. This is basically down to a lack of communication from the HR team.
