The process was smooth and very personable. It was a single in-person interview with the Manager. The questions were standard, and at the end of the interview, I was given an offer.

Entretien
Very easy, asked standard questions, the people I interviewed with made me want the job even more. It was very casual, we did it out in the breakfast cafe. The whole interview probably took about 30 minutes and I pretty much got the job.

Mainly on customer service and availability. It took about 30 minutes for a face-to-face interview. They ask you how you handle a guest, how you handle difficult situations with guests etc.

They have you fill out a paper application and then the ask you basic interview questions and if you can do certain aspects of the job. They ask what your desired pay is too.
