Very streamlined Process, In-Person with general manager, General Interview questions but also a lot of sales experience questions and overall sales philosophy. My GM asked a lot of personal life questions too about my current job, lifestyle, and how bestbuy can benefit me outside of work.

Three stages - first was a call was a screening of sorts. The second was an actual interview with the person who I'd report directly to, and the final interview was with the GM.
