I went through a phone interview, as well as an interview with the PCHO manager, the site to store manager, and finally the general manager. They asked what was my greatest achievement and what I would do if an associate stole something small, as well as some other questions I can't remember. They also asked why do I want to work for Best Buy. They all asked about the same thing. If you do end up wanting to work for Best Buy and it's not the holiday season, be prepared to wait to work after you take your final interview and drug test. I did both approximately three weeks ago with no response yet. From what I am told they don't call back until the day before orientation.
