2. Video Interview (5 questions, 2-3 mins to record answer for each)
3. Group Interview (3 Programming Qs + Behavioral Qs)
4. Offer Letter (Generally after 1-2 months)

Entretien
First is a video interview asking 3 behavioural with around 2 minutes to answer each. Then after I had a group interview where we broke out into rooms with a hr manager then did a 15 minute behavioural interview with certain questions like "How do you go about developing software".
Applied for the position online on Bell's website. Bell sent me an email asking me to do an online "video questionnaire" interview which is basically me looking at the webcam talking to myself.

Entretien
One screening call and one panel interview that lasted about an hour. Pretty straightforward process. Took 6 weeks to hear back however and had to follow up a couple of times.
