I applied for a New Grad RN position with Baylor Fort Worth and Baylor Irving. In the interview, they asked many behavioral style questions that could be hard to answer, such as asking for specific examples that I had not yet encountered in the Nursing profession. While I left the interview thinking that it went well, I did not get the job.
