Waste my time. In their website, they emphasize they are EOE company. When I applied online, I already indicated that I need H1B transfer, Their system did not filter out my application at all. Then I used a quite some time to prepare their questions from squeezing my tight schedule, the recruiter told me that they don't sponsor.

It was very slow. I had to take an exam from which I did great but then I got no reply afterwards. It took over 3 months and the lack of communication was horrendous.
