It took forever for them to make a decision on a candidate and then they expected immediate acceptance and discouraged adequate notice to be given to the current employer. The culture is "us" (management) and "them" (employees) with little respect extended to the lower level employees. They do not treat "professionals" professionally. Much arrogance at management levels. Will not share information required to do a job well, everything is a secret among upper management. Manages by intimidation and promotes fear of losing the job.
