Met directly with store manager/owner, referred by a friend who was already working there, 20-30 min with store introduction. Direct interview with the manager who is also the store owner of the franchise store.

The interview process was not hard to do. We were all put inside the building and had to wait for the manager to interview us individually. a bit cathartic since there were customer and soon to be employees in one place.
