I feel, they might want to mature their interview/written test format. On 12+yrs of exp, I gave written of almost bookish questions. Even after that in discussion I have been asked for some bookish questions again. I feel I could haven't asked for some design related or some practical problematic scenarios. After these many years any individual has gone through with lot many processes and technologies. Please refer questions attached with. :) Seriously needs improvement.
