It was good. Both people I spoke to were very nice and really seemed like I wasn't a burden to talk to. The test in the beginning is hard but as long as you do the practice questions you should be fine!

What was a tough situation when working in a team and how did I handle it?
Assessment -> Coffee chat(s) with team member -> B2B interviews with the global head and the local office head -> Never give me an official rejection (email/phone/etc) even though it's the last round, just straight up ghosting. The global head of GTB posted a congratulations post to the people who had the offer, which is when I knew I didn't get the offer.
