I placed my resume on monster.com and a week later I recieved a phone call from Bankers offering me a chance to come in for an interview the next day. The interview consisted of 20 other people, we were all guided into a conference room where we filled out a personality test and sat through an hour and a half presentation about Bankers. After the presentation, the manager proceeded to tell everyone that he interviews around 200 people a month and he can only hire 3-4 and if we still wanted to stick around for a 1 on 1 interview, we were welcome to. I feel that the whole thing was to promote Bankers and get their name out there. To me it was a huge inconvenience and a waste of time so I left and so did 90 percent of the rest of the group. If offered an interview be sure to ask questions.
