I submitted my application online after a brief in school presentation. Interview was via phone for regional area. Interview questions were pretty standard. They are interviewing for a large geographic area and wanted to know if I would be able to move outside of my requested area.

There are 2 rounds, one with recruiter and the other with the area chief of staff. they are pretty easy taking, and the interview went really well. its not very difficult.

Generic recruiter questions from someone without experience in the field. Felt like they were being read out of a book and the interviewer wasn't really listening to my answers. I don't think they really care - they'll hire anyone they can get as long as you aren't a criminal or completely crazy.
