The first step is a video interview through Hirevue. It generally takes about 35 minutes. The questions are general interview questions. It was pretty straightforward and easy to use. There were also 2 questions that needed to be emailed in.

There was an excel spreadsheet that tested basic knowledge such as sorting data by last name, adding columns, and changing date formats.
