Contact through internal recruiter, takes 2-3 weeks for them to get in contact after applying. Takes 2 weeks to arrange interview. My interview was cancelled 45 minutes before. Rescheduled for the next day and had 1 interview with District manager. Heard back from recruiter 1 week later, they said it all went well and the manager was impressed. I was applying for the AGM role but with GM experience of over 10 years. The recruiter only got back to me 3-4 weeks later to say they chose someone else.
