3 video interview questions. Need to know about their practice areas and current market trends, and how they impact their work and clients. There was also one person experience question.

Pleasant interview experience - very friendly people, partners walked me through the questions and felt conversational. Focus on work life balance is appealing and stands out in industry. Maybe not as aggressive as other city firms but the opportunities are there if you want to take them
