Network for months. Kiss up to at least 5 staff members. Get interview. 30 mins in and out to determine if you are the BEST. Not sure how that is possible. Very prideful. Behavioral I guess? Acting like tough guys to apply some pressure, but was pretty obvious.

Recruiter Screen - Can you chew gum and walk at the same time, First round with a VP - General Background / Transaction Experience Screen. No Technicals. Second round Typical 6 rd's with Associates to MD's.
