It will differ depending on the role and the department but the general rule: First, a brief phone interview will cover basic information and qualifications. Then, a main interview will assess competency with detailed, scenario-based questions.

3 rounds of interviews. First round was quite normal and easy... last two Ops and Principle/ Sr rounds were good one.. focusing on how your current skills would add value to new role
