Hiring process is very long. It took me 4 months to recieve a conditional offer from the alternate position. They took hair for the drug test and then a long line for the interviews. They were very down to earth, but it helps to bring pictures of what if any machines you operate or whatever you do. Just stay calm and get your point across.
