Invited to a cattle drive at a local hotel. It was about a 6 hour process where we had to sign up for interview times. Total of 60 people going for 11 positions. During the interview process the interviewer would ask a typical behavioral type of question and then during my response would check her Blackberry and respond to text messages/emails. Extremely unprofessional process. Most questions revolved around their buzzword - safety.
