I interviewed with two or three people from the company and they are really nice and ask you typical interview questions. If you don't already, review the STAR interview method. They love that. Hair drug test the day of interview.

Entretien
It was through HireVue, an online pre-recorded video interview. They asked me questions through a video, and I recorded my answers on video, along with some written questions. It wasn’t too bad, with a good mix of written and video questions. I like BNSF and I think they would be a great company to work for.
