I applied online and quickly heard back from a recruiter who was professional and communicative. The first step was a timed online coding challenge in Python. The problem was more difficult than I expected for a level I/II role, closer to a mid-level LeetCode Medium/Hard. The challenge was focused purely on coding and problem-solving under time pressure, with little opportunity for partial credit. I appreciated that the recruiter explained the next steps clearly and noted that I could reapply after three months.

Applied and got an OA, 50 mins on one task. I successfully completed it but never heard back, even after a month. The assessment was a find the nth route to the destination kind of problem.
