Initial contact was made by BD HR and a phone interview was conducted. The next phone interview was conducted by the hiring director. An on-site interview was then scheduled with a series of 1:1 interviews including another program manager, VP of R&D, Vp of Manufacturing and Finacial Controller.

contacted by a third party recruiter, Adam who is looking for program manager on behalf of BD, extremely nasty recruiter, kept picking on my words (English is my 2nd language). and hung up on me because I often used words 'maybe', 'I think'. and he felt that I was honesty with him. I appreciate your suggestion but you don't have to insult me on the first phone call. I am not sure why BD would choose such an irritable person to work for them, especially as a recruiter.
